This and That

I feel lazy. Probably because I haven't been writing on a book every day. It's a good kind of lazy, though. The kind where you look around and see the world in a different way. I feel as though I can focus a little better on my surroundings. There's something to be said for stopping and smelling the roses.

I'll draw one name from the comments I get today and mail the winner a The Morgue The Merrier T-shirt.
Good Luck!
Karen Kelley

Hey there is something to be said for "time well-wasted"

Recharge your batteries! Women in particular tend to feel lazy if we aren't "doing".

Hat's off to doing a whole lot of nothing once in a while :-)

We all need time to relax and recharge. Myself, I love looking at the sky and the clouds.

HEY Karen,

I am glad to hear you are enjoying your "relaxing mode".

We all need to do it sometimes and it is amazing how differently we look at things when we do.

Miss chatting with you...nana boo boo...LOL

Hugs
Billie Jo

I love those lazy days...they don't seem to happen for me as much as they used to, but when they do I really try to enjoy them.

I hope you enjoy your day, Karen!

I love to have lazy days to relax, but I am usually babysitting my nephew most days. Have a good one Karen!

I've been lazy so far this week - but only because I am having my kitchen and bathroom torn out and replaced with new modern ones. Can't very well do any housework or anything (not that I ever need an excuse to leave it LOL).

Hope your lazy day was quieter than mine have been ;)

Good for you! It's good to relax and recharge once in awhile. I won't be doing that for a bit though. I have two little ones (an 8 month old baby girl and a toddler) down with colds. At the same time the toddler is turning 4 on Saturday so I am trying to get things ready for his Thomas the Tank Engine themed birthday party. I am a very tired Mommy and could use a lazy day myself.

I love my lazy days. In fact, I think I could have a lazy day every day and be fine with it-- at least for a while!

I agree with everyone else. Hope you at least read a good book while you were being lazy lol.

I think we should all take time to do something for ourselves and just stop and do nothing if that is what it takes.

Hope you enjoy your time off and you can relax.

I like that good kind of lazy where I have nothing pressing to do and can just sit around in my jammies all day.

If you can get the chance to relax and be lazy go for it. Those days are rarely around anymore.
